This notice explains what World of Willpower Private Limited collects when you use askKP.in, why we collect it, how long we keep it and how you can exercise your rights.

World of Willpower Private Limited is the data fiduciary for this app. We collect only what the service needs, use it only for the purposes listed, and keep it only for the period shown.

- Your rights: you can download a copy of everything we hold, ask for correction or erasure, and nominate someone to act for you, from the Your data page after signing in. You can also delete individual readings from your history at any time. Download is immediate; correction, erasure and nomination requests are recorded there and handled by our Grievance Officer within 7 days. Invoices and GST records cannot be erased because tax law requires us to keep them.
- Withdrawing consent: you can turn analytics off on the legal page, stop using voice input, or ask us to erase your account — each is as easy as giving consent in the first place.
- Selling data: we never sell or rent your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
- Languages: on request, this notice can be provided in any of the 22 languages listed in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution of India (DPDP Act s.5(3)).
- Children: the service is intended for adults. Purchases require an 18+ confirmation, and we do not knowingly process children's data, track children, or profile them. If we learn that a child has registered, we will delete the account on request to care@worldofwillpower.com.
- If something goes wrong: in the event of a personal data breach we will notify affected users and the Data Protection Board in the manner and timelines required, and report reportable cyber incidents to CERT-In within 6 hours of becoming aware.
