A note on using this app

KP Prashna answers are generated by classical Krishnamurti Paddhati (KP) astrology rules and the Four Step Theory. Please treat every reading as a guide, not a certainty — astrology is a matter of interpretation and belief, and answers can vary with time, place and the number chosen. Do not become superstitious or dependent on readings, and never let a reading replace your own judgement, effort, or professional advice.

Privacy policy (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023)

In line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India):

• Data we collect: your email address (for sign-in), your questions, the KP number you provide, the time and approximate location of each question, and your credit balance and transactions.
• Purpose: data is used only to cast your chart, maintain your reading history, and manage your credits. Location is used solely for chart calculation and can be replaced by a manual city.
• Consent: by signing up and using the app you give free, specific and informed consent to this processing. You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account, after which your personal data will be erased.
• Your rights: you may access, correct, or erase your personal data, and nominate a person to exercise these rights. You can delete individual readings from your history at any time; for full access, correction, or account deletion, contact support with your account email.
• Sharing: we never sell your data. It is shared only with the payment processor when you purchase credits, and with service providers who host and operate the app under confidentiality obligations.
• Retention: we keep your data while your account is active. Data is erased when you delete your account or withdraw consent, unless retention is required by law.
• Grievances: for any question or complaint about your data, contact our grievance contact at the support email shown in the app; we respond within the timelines prescribed under the DPDP Act.
• Children: the app is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect children's data.

Cookie policy

We use only essential cookies and browser storage: to keep your sign-in session active and to remember your cookie consent choice. We do not use advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies. You can decline non-essential storage via the consent banner; essential session storage is required for the app to function.

Terms of use

Each reading costs one credit. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and do not expire. One credit is deducted the moment a chart is cast; a cast chart cannot be un-cast. You must be 18 or older to purchase credits. We may refuse service for abuse or automated scraping.

Refund policy

Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase by contacting support with your account email and order reference. Credits already spent on cast readings are not refundable. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
